A tiny cross-section of storyboards for videogames. First person, maximum carnage! I generally do some loose thumbnails before jumping into the final pass of boards. Rendering to this level of completion allows me a balance between half-tone aesthetic and a good working speed. Storyboarders are always looking for that magic formula that provides a quality product while expanding the storytelling experience.
Now that I'm directing material I'll eventually need to reevaluate my own needs and find a new balance. Always focus on clarity, strong storytelling, perspective, and good camera work. Cheers!!!
